What We Do
a)TETBURY CARE ELITE LTD have been set up to provide domiciliary care to service users in the following categories;
• Mental Health
• People with an eating disorder (subject to the Registered Manager and the Nominated Individual gaining the relevant training).
• Learning difficulties of autistic spectrum disorder
• Dementia
• Physical disability
The services listed above will be provided to the following service user bands:
o Adults aged 18+
b)The Registered Manager and/ Nominated Individual will carry out risk assessments and agree care plans with each service user and their relatives/appointed representatives before commencing any work.
c)Service User Care Plans are reviewed on an individual basis, according to assessed need, but at least every month.
d)The Registered Manager and the Nominated Individual will put in place policies and procedures to ensure that the services offered by the company are safe, caring, responsive and effective to the service user’s needs, and that the organization is well led.
Our Approach
Our strategic approach allows our clients to enjoy the flexibility and choice of continuing to live in their home whilst they receive the highest level of support and care they require at a convenient time to them and their families. With our strategically adopted lean structure, we know how to deliver support and care such that we may be equal if not better than most of the other ordinary healthcare companies at an operational, price point and efficiency level. However, we will maximize on this advantage and roll out formulas which other organizations would be limited to offer as they rarely provides this full range.
