Introduction
TETBURY ELITE CARE Limited is a healthcare company located in GLOUCESTERSHIRE. The company was founded on the principles of providing domiciliary care service within the community as advocated by The Care Act 2014 working in collaboration with other professionals to promote health and wellbeing, alongside adult social care for locals with the aim of relieving pressures brought about by Covid 19. We aim to keep pace with Healthcare Sector Dynamics which are driven by unforeseen events, as seen currently with ongoing Covid 19 Pandemic. Genpac a very Innovative Healthcare Organisation states that “Global health threats, more informed patients, pricing and regulatory pressures are redefining the delivery of care”. In line with this view, it is necessary to endeavour to connect, predict and adapt our Healthcare delivery systems by incorporating a Hollistic approach to meet changing “Patient” expectations.
Our Aim
The objective is to create bespoke lifestyle centred patient experiences tailored to an individual’s needs, by shifting/offering blanket Care Plans, providing to personalised packages keeping the individual’s lifestyle needs and preferences as the priority. We tailor the environment to build trust, transparency and value to our service. We will also throughout all these processes incorporate solutions that improve efficiency and at the same time mitigate risk, but enhance customer satisfaction.
Objectives:
- To offer support based on person-centered planning – This is a process of life planning for individuals, based around maximising their independence in their communities. It is derived mainly from normal early life stages in building circles of support, and these are basic tools for living that should be available to all human beings. It also ensures the individual concerned is central and in control of their situation.
- To adopt and offer effective multidisciplinary solutions – Our organization will work closely with other agencies, including Health, local authorities and other community based service providers in the community to ensure that all services are planned and developed in a co-ordinated way that best meets the individual needs of each service user.
- To ensure that social needs are prioritized as highly as healthcare needs for each client/patient.
